Delivery policy

Cost and Timings

FREE next business day delivery on all orders over £20 that are confirmed before 4PM.


Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Orders placed during on the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.


We will delivery your item with DPD. If you have included a mobile number with your order, you will receive tracking information directly from DPD.

How will you ensure my item is delivered safely?

We inspect every product prior to dispatch, we use a full-fit foam mould packaging and we have chosen to use DPD, who have proved to have the lowest rate of damage in transit in the UK.

High-value items will need to be signed for.

If no-one is available, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.

The courier will attempt to make delivery and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

Can you notify me when you’re on your way?

If you include a mobile number when you place your order, you will receive live updates directly from DPD.

There’s been a mistake with my order, or it hasn’t yet been delivered - what should I do?

If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, please email us directly using


Deliveries of multiple items

If all items have been ordered together and paid for at the same time, they will be delivered together. If you have ordered multiple identical items and we have only partial stock, we will call you prior to dispatch to confirm whether you wish to take partial delivery now or wait for the full consignment to be stocked.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?

We can make delivery to the above areas but there will be a surcharge of £20 which must be paid by phone. Please email us directly using, making sure to include your telephone number and we will call back to take payment of this surcharge.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
